Returns, Exchanges & Warranty Policy

At Evren Lights, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, we’re here to help.

Returns & Exchanges

  • You can request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging.

Inspection & Refunds

  • All returned items are subject to inspection upon arrival.

  • Refunds will only be processed after the item has been received and inspected, and confirmed to be in its original condition.

Warranty

  • All products come with a warranty of either 1 year or 3 years, depending on the item.

  • The warranty covers manufacturing defects and includes either:

  * Repairing the product, or
  * Providing an exchange solution, based on the case and product condition.

Delivery Information

  • Orders are typically delivered within 3–5 business days.
